If a refund is requested after the consult call has taken place, we reserve the right to deduct a fair value for the call already delivered, or to decline the refund for that portion — we'll always discuss this with you directly rather than applying it automatically.

Access to the private community included in the VIP tier is provided for the useful life of the community and may be modified or discontinued; we'll give reasonable notice if that ever happens.
